The AGM will be at 7.00pm on Tuesday 28 April 2009 at Thorndon School Hall.
The meeting will be followed by a rehearsal (though shorter than usual)
A formal notice and agenda will be sent to choir members prior to the meeting.
In the meantime there are a few things for you to think about: 
The AGM is when we get to look at how the choir has gone over the last year and think about the next year.  It is also a chance to look at our rules to see if any changes are needed.  Any proposed changes to the rules (or resolutions) need to given in writing to the Board not less then 14 days before the AGM.  The rules will be posted on the website.
The AGM is also an opportunity fro choir members to be nominated as the choir representatives on the Board or for the Committee.  If you are interested in this please let me know
If you have anything that you think you might want to raise at the AGM it might be worth raising now - either with me or with the Board. That also goes for any questions you might have about the structure of the choir or the board or the rules or about the functioning of the choir.  Think about it and let me know
