The awesome acoustic of the Cathedral enhances the beauty of choral works by current American composers. These include:

Eric Whitacre Three Songs of Faith set to poetry by American e e cummings, and Cloudburst using a poem by Mexican Octavio Paz
Danial Levitan Marimba Quartet a New Zealand premiere
