FAQ:

It will not take you long to create a new account with us. On the right hand side of our homepage, you should notice the "User Login" just underneath the search bar, which is used for members to login. Under the "Log in" button just simply click the "Create new account" and you will be lead to the accoutn information page. After filling your personal information, click "Create new account" button down the bottom of the page.

Then you should receive a confirmation email from us, which includes your username and a temporary password in it. Now you can login with your username and temporary password. We recommend you change your password. You can locate this by clicking the "edit" button in your Membership account page.

 

If you forgot your password, you can find the "Request new password" button underneath the "Create new account" button. You only need to provide us the email address you used to register the account, your password will be sent to this email address shortly.

 

A forum is a public message board on the website, where members can submit topics for discussion and communicate with each other within the website. The public forum for Orpheus Choir is for non-choir members to post and discuss their interested topics. However, users who are not members can only read through these topics but are unable to reply to them. (To register).

 

Firstly you need to login to our website as a member. Then go to "Forum" page, which is on the menu of left navigation bar. Just simply click the forum you would like to leave your words on. For example, "Community Forum". Then you can find the button "Post new Forum topic" on the top of the forum form. On this "Create Forum topic" page you can post your thread on our forum.

 

To reply a topic, you can click on the topic that you are interested in. Then the site shows the details of that topic. Down the bottom of the page, you can see the "Post new comment" function and its typing box. The "Save" button underneath the box is for posting your comment.

 

If you would like to make donation to Orpheus Choir, or become a sponsor you can go to "Support Us” page from the left navigation menu. There you can download the donation form (PDF file) for Orpheus Choir, printing it out, filling all the information and post it to Orpheus Choir mail box. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor you can contact us here.

 

To open a .pdf file, you need to have the software named “Adobe Reader” to be installed in your computer. You can download “Adobe Reader” from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

After you finish the downloading, you can double click on the setup file and follow the step they provided to finish the installation.

 

If you would like to download a .pdf file, right click your mouse on the file’s name. Choose “Save the target as” (if you are using Internet Explorer) or “Save the link as” (if you are using Mozilla Firefox), and choose the file destination (e.g “Desktop”). Then click “Save” to start download your file.

 

 

 

 

 

  • The website is not displaying correctly. What can I do?

    If the website is not displaying correctly, then please ensure you are using a browser that is compatible with the website. The following browsers are compatible with the website:

    • Firefox 3.0
    • Internet Explorer 7 and above
    • Opera
    • Safari
    • Google Chrome
    • iPhone
